Far-Infrared Sauna

Far-infrared sauna is a dry sauna that uses infrared rays to directly heat the body, rather than heating the air. The temperature is approximately between 40-70 Celsius , making it more comfortable than traditional saunas.

Its deep-penetrating heat helps promote blood circulation, expel deep sweat, relieve muscle and joint pain, and achieve relaxation and improved cardiovascular health.

Deep Detoxification

Far-infrared rays penetrate subcutaneous tissue, creating a "sweat-to-temperature ratio" advantage, resulting in 2 to 3 times more sweat than in traditional saunas. This helps eliminate heavy metal and metaboilic waste
